Desireé also leads Burgos Realty Academy and is ranked as #1 best-selling author for her book and pro planner, Hey…Future Real Estate Agent. She graduated with cum laude honors attaining a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Springfield College and nearing completion of an MBA, her expertise spans business administration, client relations, marketing, and nonprofit management.

Her experience includes spearheading operations, fundraising, training, executive onboarding, and data management for corporations, nonprofits, and small businesses. At the onset of her entrepreneurial career, she effectively orchestrated and guided thriving event and travel management companies that she owned. Additionally, she has held influential leadership roles with various nonprofits, notably serving as a Director of Development for a YMCA where she utilized her expertise to achieve remarkable outcomes and surpass substantial goals. Desireé is also the President and CEO of NonProfit Matters, a consulting firm focused on strategic management and impact.
Passionate about uplifting others, Desireé is actively involved on the Board of Directors of the Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence and serves as President of the North Essex Chamber of Commerce.
