Devon Munos is the Senior Vice President, Head of Americas Research for Savills North America, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Devon produces global, national, and regional reports and leads the North American research team. She established Savills’ premier industry research team, which provides in-depth analyses and reports across the legal, tech, life sciences, and healthcare sectors. As a trusted market expert, Devon supports Savills’ Global Occupier Services group by presenting to portfolio clients on market conditions, emerging trends, and forecasts that drive critical real estate decisions.
Devon’s expansive and diverse skillset allows for cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including Savills’ Knowledge Cubed team and the technology team to develop and maintain the data backbone of the firm’s real estate portfolio visualization, data management, and analytics platform.
Recognizing the importance of developing emerging professionals, Devon oversees training initiatives and resources for the North American research team—essential to its growth and the delivery of world-class commercial market insights. Devon also extends this guidance to her role overseeing the research rotation of the Savills Junior Broker Development Program, an innovative initiative designed to invest in the next generation of Savills advisors, with a strong emphasis on hiring diverse talent.
