I’m Devon Assael, an Associate Broker with Dave Jones Realty LLC, and for the past 18 years I’ve built my business on strategy, negotiation, and referrals, not chasing transactions. I’ve lived in Connecticut for over 20 years and serve buyers and sellers statewide, with a strong presence across Middlesex, New Haven, Hartford, and Tolland Counties. From shoreline towns to communities within reach of New York City and Boston, I understand how to position clients to succeed in competitive markets.
I’m also one of the first AI Certified Agents in Connecticut, integrating advanced data analysis and modern marketing technology into every deal. I operate with the mindset of a marketing company that happens to sell real estate. For sellers, that means precise pricing, powerful presentation, and exposure designed to create leverage. For buyers and investors, it means data-driven insight, thoughtful risk evaluation, and disciplined negotiation.
