She is a real estate consultant for Keller Williams Realty Southeast Los Angeles (SELA) Downey Market Center. In the real estate industry for 19 years. Diana specializes in residential sales, residential multi-family investments. She is fortunate to assist many Sellers move and Buyers find their dream homes. She is a certified SFR (Short Sale Pre-Foreclosure Resource) specialist, and is also a loan signing agent, Notary Public and is Bi-lingual English and Spanish fluently. Her family is from Central America (Nicaragua and Costa Rica) and Sonora, Mexico. She is first generation American born citizen of her family. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and moved and currently lives in Whittier, California. She has been married for over 30 years and has three sons. Diana's service and dedication is giving back to her local community. She was a former Co-Chairman/Commissioner for District 4 for the City of Downey Emergency Preparedness Committee appointed by Downey Councilmen. Currently, an Ambassador and Member of the Downey Chamber of Commerce for KWSELA. Diana has received recognitions from Cal State Long Beach; Downey Council PTA with an Honorary Service; recognition from the City of Downey and recognition from State Legislature based on her time and devotion by giving back and her volunteer service time to her community. In 2013 to present, Diana was honored and voted to become an Associates Leadership Council (ALC) Member for Keller Williams Realty SELA-Downey. The ALC is made up of the top 20% of agents of each office and actively involved in the leadership decisions that makes the office productive and profitable. As an ALC, she demonstrates her leadership skills, contributes her time to train other associates to achieve their goals. She was recognized by KWRI in 2017 as the Cultural Ambassador for her California-Inland Empire Region for KW. In 2023, she became the Prodoctivity Coach for her market center in which will help the new agents of the market center clarify their vision and understand their strengths and have them launch their real estate career to blast into production.
