My educational degree in Finance and Management Systems Analysis combined with my desire to help people led me to a career in Real Estate Marketing. Currently, the broker/owner of ADMAC Real Estate & Development, Inc, established in 1989, representing both buyers and sellers in residential, investments, and commercial properties. Our services include property management, negotiations, analysis and creative marketing. I have resided in major cities which I serve such as Arcadia, Pasadena, San Marino, Temple City, San Gabriel, Alhambra, Rosemead, Hacienda Heights, Rowland Heights, Walnut, Chino Hills, Torrance, Yorba Linda, and Irvine. I am multilingual and fluent in English, Mandarin, Taiwanese, Cantonese, Tagalog, and Spanish. I am involved in nonprofit community service, in women’s organization dedicated to assisting new immigrants to assimilate into the American culture, encourage entrepreneurship and leadership, and to foster love and care towards people. We feed and clothe the homeless, provide financial aid to students, visit the sick, poor or elderly, bring Thanksgiving and Christmas food to low-income families, and award exemplary women during Mother’s Day. I am married and blessed with three wonderful children. I love music and arts, problem solving and negotiation. My purpose is to serve God and to serve others.
