Diane Correia serves as Director of Commercial Development at River Islands at Lathrop, where her work centers on commercial project origination and tenant site selection throughout the Western United States. In this role, she works with potential tenants to support the development of the River Islands Town Center and conducts market research to identify businesses and services suited to the River Islands community.
.Prior to joining River Islands, Correia held roles at Colliers International, CBRE, Grubb & Ellis, RT Yee & Associates, and Albertson's, and co-founded and managed Sterling Commercial Real Estate, during which time she handled the project origination of four of five centers built in Stockton within a five-year period. Her prior project work includes the Quail Lakes Shopping Center, the Weston Ranch Town Center, and Venetian Square.
