Bio
Didiayer Snyder is a licensed REALTOR® with Oceans Luxury Realty and the 2026 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® - Daytona Beach Area. She is widely recognized across Volusia County for her strategic representation, refined marketing approach, and ability to guide clients through complex residential, luxury, and investment transactions with clarity and confidence.
With a professional background spanning real estate, design, construction, and media, Didiayer brings a uniquely informed perspective to every property she represents. Her experience allows her to evaluate homes not only for market value, but for livability, design potential, presentation, and long-term appeal, an advantage that consistently elevates her listings and strengthens outcomes for her clients.
Originally from Australia, Didiayer studied Travel & Tourism Business Management, Leadership Management, and Japanese at TAFE College in Queensland before earning degrees in interior design and carpentry in the United States. Her early career included work on the Emmy Award–winning Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, appearances on Home Made Simple for the Oprah Winfrey Network, and hosting two television series, At Home With Didiayer and Travel With Didiayer. These experiences shaped her global perspective and deep appreciation for architecture, storytelling, and place, elements she integrates seamlessly into her real estate practice today.
Didiayer is known for her selective, purpose-driven approach to real estate. She represents homes and clients she genuinely believes in, allowing her to provide focused attention, authentic advocacy, and thoughtful guidance throughout every stage of the process. Her work is grounded in integrity, preparation, and a commitment to aligning each transaction with her clients’ long-term goals.
Her career includes several benchmark-setting sales in Volusia County, including multiple historic and oceanfront properties, reflecting her ability to navigate high-value and complex transactions with precision and professionalism.
Beyond sales, Didiayer is deeply committed to service and community impact. She is a longtime volunteer and spokesperson for Habitat for Humanity, having contributed to the construction of more than 250 homes nationwide, and a member of NAPO, where she educates homeowners on environmentally conscious, clutter-free living.
For Didiayer, real estate is more than a transaction - it is a responsibility to represent people, property, and possibility with care and excellence.
