Diego Arroyave is a Senior Vice President within DTZ’s Capital Markets Practice Group.
Prior to joining DTZ, Mr. Arroyave was the co-founder of Vision Capital Real Estate with Beth Lambert. Vision Capital was a boutique commercial real estate investment banking and capital advisory firm that provided fully integrated national capital markets services including permanent and interim debt origination and placement, highly leveraged participating debt, mezzanine debt, note financing, structured finance, and preferred and joint-venture equity. At Vision Capital, Diego strategically advised multifamily, retail, hotel, industrial and office clients across the U.S.
Preceding Vision Capital, Diego spent 10 years in the acquisition, investment sales and asset management of land, multifamily, office, data center and industrial properties. He was with Cobalt Capital Partners, a USAA company, involved in industrial acquisitions totaling over 6.5MM square feet and $350MM for the private REIT. He was with CB Richard Ellis on the Dallas capital markets sales team participating in approximately $4B in investment sales. Mr. Arroyave began his career as an analyst with Archon Group LP, a Goldman Sachs Company, assisting in the investment management of a portfolio with a value of $550MM.
