A NYC native, Dimitri is a founder and managing partner at Gravity Real Estate Advisors. Dimitri specializes in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use buildings & development sites in the NYC region. He has a proven track record of exclusively representing buyers and sellers of investment properties for the past 5 years exclusively representing over $400 million of real estate.
Dimitri understands the profound impact that technology will have in the real estate investment sales space and has built a smart platform to 10X exposure of assets to qualified buying groups.
Prior to Gravity, Dimitri owned and operated multiple restaurants in Manhattan for over 7 years. He also had a long history managing NYC real estate. This localized experience allows him to connect with owners and instantly add value to their shared relationship.
Dimitri graduated from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business majoring in Entrepreneurship with a focus in Real Estate investment. He speaks Greek fluently and in his spare time enjoys basketball, tennis, and swimming.
