Investing and development are passions of Dino’s, which he has turned into his second career when he moved to South Beach, Florida in 2000, began investing in Miami Beach luxury ocean or bay front condominium developments, while also helping start South Beach Investment Realty (SBIR), a successful real estate brokerage and investment company.
In 2005, Dino moved back to his hometown, Chicago, to take on the role of National Sales Manager for Chicago-based developer American Invesco, where he was responsible for condominium conversions in Chicago, Las Vegas, Boynton Beach and Orlando.
The list of condominium conversions during his time with America Invsco included; River City, 440 N. Wacker (Plaza 440), 10 E Ontario (Ontario Place), 182 W. Lake St. (Century Tower).
In 2006, he was transferred to back to Florida to spearhead the Managing Broker and VP of Sales and Marketing roles at The Aventine in Boynton Beach, FL and later, Sandy Lake, Plantation Park, and Bermuda Dunes in Orlando. Dino returned to Chicago in 2009 to help finish 200 N Dearborn.
Since joining United Real Estate (URE) Chicago in 2011 and working with high net worth client(s) Dino has help assemble and manage several substantial commercial and investment real estate portfolios that include Techny Court Industrial Office Park, Northbrook, Schaumburg Tech Center I, Schaumburg, Eola Commons Retail Center, Aurora, Glenlake MPO, Glenview, Kensington Corporate Center, Mount Prospect and 540 N Lakeshore Commercial, past and present.
