DJ Andrew is Senior Vice President of Property Management at St. John Properties, Inc., one of the nation’s largest privately held commercial real estate firms. In this role, he oversees all property management initiatives across the company’s 15 million square foot Baltimore-area portfolio and leads a team of more than 60 professionals delivering comprehensive services to over 1,500 tenants.
With more than 12 years of commercial real estate and business experience, DJ joined St. John Properties in 2022 and recently completed the company’s immersive four-year Partner-in-Training Program. His responsibilities include establishing and executing property management protocols that ensure high-quality interior and exterior environments, administering proactive preventive maintenance programs, overseeing budgeting, managing third-party contractors, and strengthening tenant relationships across the portfolio.
DJ is recognized for his strong business instincts, collaborative leadership style, and deep understanding of both the commercial real estate industry and St. John Properties’ service-driven culture. His leadership supports the company’s longstanding commitment to tenant satisfaction and operational excellence.
A Certified Public Accountant, DJ earned a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware. He also holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
Actively engaged in the community, DJ serves on the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School Real Estate and Infrastructure Advisory Board and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Baltimore County Police Foundation.
