He is nearing completion of the most rigorous educational program in the world for commercial real estate brokers: the CCIM program (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Fewer than 10% of all real estate practitioners in the world have this designation.
The CCIM program has enabled him to see the practice of commercial real estate from a holistic viewpoint, not only factoring in the acquisition or disposition of commercial real estate, but also considering it from an investment perspective. One needs to consider it from this perspective to have sustainable success in a real estate investment.
