Don first began his Real Estate career in 2001, and has since then owner and operated his brokerage Evan Realty, LLC in St. Joseph. Prior to that, he owner and operated Evans Construction for 24 years. Don resides in Kansas with his wife, Teresa: where they have raised their 3 children. Over the years Don has participated in several St. Joseph community organizations, groups, and community betterment programs. When he relaxes, Don enjoys working around his home, tennis, and racquetball.
