Don Kent, SIOR joined Avison Young in the winter of 2021 where he specializes in Industrial brokerage. Prior to joining, Don was with CBRE for over 35 years where he was involved in the exclusive marketing of distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, investment sales and unimproved properties in the greater Nashville area. He has also been involved in the disposition of select bulk industrial properties throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama and has extensive experience in marketing redeveloped, value-added, and re-purposed properties. Don holds an extensive background in exclusive representation assignments for owners, as well as major industrial tenants and purchasers.
