A commercial and industrial broker in the Orange County offices of Cushman & Wakefield, Donald W. Yahn has actively served the John Wayne Airport/Irvine Spectrum Marketplace since 1987. During this time, he has been acknowledged in the industry as a leader in tenant, landlord, and developer representation, project marketing, site facility acquisition and build-to-suit projects for commercial, high-tech and industrial properties. He has consistently achieved national honors within his 24 year history at Cushman & Wakefield, including 2012 TOP 10 INDUSTRIAL BROKER in the Americas. Donald is the Executive Director of The Yahn Group, which serves tenants and owners in the Irvine Spectrum, South Orange County, and John Wayne Airport area. Projects include industrial, high-tech properties and office properties. The Team's current assignments consist of over 1,700,000 square feet of properties for lease or sale valued at over $100 million. Donald, a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Marshall School of Business, lives in Newport Beach with his wife and their seven children with a primary interest in yachting and water sports. He maintains an active interest in community and business affairs and serves on the Board of Directors of several non-profit community organizations.
