Bio
Don Cafero joined JLL in 2017 as an associate to the New York Retail brokerage team. Don focuses primarily on food and beverage tenant representation, as well as high street/restaurant agency leasing, and retail property sales.
Since working at JLL, Don has integrated with retail and capital markets teams to work on both Tenant representation throughout the New York Metro area, and Landlord representation in NYC. Additionally, Don has completed transactions in gateway markets across the country working on behalf of nationally recognized restaurant groups. On the agency side, Don has worked extensively in throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn submarkets, suburban big box retail, and large full-service restaurant leases. Don has also completed numerous sale transactions of both big box shopping centers, as well as pad sites in the CT suburbs.
