As the Opportunity Zone Development Manager, Donald is responsible for the CCDFI Opportunity Fund deal flow, deal and project evaluation, and construction management. Under the guidance of Yves M. Mombeleur, Chief Fund Officer, he develops cost and timeline, including land, construction, and soft costs, by working with general contractors, architects, and other consultants. Donald ensures projects remain on schedule and on budget, monitors the construction project, and works with the development team to solve issues as they arise.
