Mr. Mercer has 20 plus years of real estate experience. Mr. Mercer’s primary focus is centered on providing clients real estate services involving the leasing, sales and consulting with a primary emphasis on providing clients representation services within the Washington Metropolitan areas. Services
include the disposition/acquisition of real property, landlord project representation, building design and marketing, tenant representation and space/site representation. Prior to GVA Advantis, Mr. Mercer was an Executive Vice President, Partner
and Manager with Larson, Ball & Gould, Inc. in Washington, DC. Mr. Mercer established the Larson, Ball & Gould, Inc. Northern Virginia office and was responsible for individual production and management of the office. Previously, he was a Vice President and Managing Broker with Weaver Bros., Inc., responsible for individual brokerage and the establishment of the Northern Virginia office.
