Donna brings over two decades of tenured experience to her role as a Commercial Property Advisor in the Commercial Division at Berkshire Hathaway Premier Properties. While she is licensed in Texas and Georgia, Berkshire Hathaway's reach is global and gives Donna's clients worldwide access to real property. Her proficiency includes negotiating investment property contract and retail and office lease terms, financial feasibility, and property analysis. Donna has served as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner for 8 years, most recently as twice-elected Chairwoman. Donna serves as a Board Member of The Promise Center and sits on the Building Committee to assist with the organization's property goals.
