Donnie has crafted a career spanning 25 years at the intersection of commercial real estate and business. He managed multimillion-dollar businesses while also forging a successful career in real estate. On a local and national level Donnie developed long-term relationships with investors and developers, participated in capital raising, multifamily acquisition/disposition, investment sales, commercial development and tenant representation. Commemorating this unique work, he earned numerous awards as a licensed real estate agent.
Murrell started in technical sales with a Fortune 500 semiconductor company in Portland, Oregon where he became one of the company’s top salesmen worldwide. Wanting to raise a family in North Idaho, he transitioned geographically and professionally into the construction and real estate industries in management and ownership roles. Donnie had the opportunity to manage three different national companies with revenues exceeding $80 million and over a hundred employees. This distinctive path provided him with firsthand experience in various roles within a company including operations, accounting, human resources, manufacturing, sales and marketing.
7fold Realty was born out of Donnie's passion for real estate and helping others achieve their financial dreams. Many people think that owning real estate is not attainable, but the problem is no one has explained or showed how easy it can be to become an owner of real estate. The challenge is overcoming all of the noise from the "experts" that make the process sound very daunting. Murrell's goal is to be a knowledge source for anyone that is interested in real estate but doesn't know where to start.
Murrell received his BBA in Business Administration and MBA from Gonzaga University while playing Division 1 baseball. Donnie lives in beautiful Hayden Lake with his wife of 24 years and 3 boys ages 18, 15 and 13. He spends 30-40 hours per week volunteering as a baseball coach. When not coaching Donnie enjoys the sauna, ice baths, golfing, riding his road bike, lifting weights and spending time with his family.
