Donny is the Broker and Owner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Old Line Group. He has been in the real estate business since 2005, beginning his career with Robison Skidmore Professional Real Estate Services before moving to The Goodfellow Agency where he was the Team Leader of the Carter-Roque Team, one of the top producing teams in the Historic Highlands Association of Realtors. In February 2011 he realized that it was time to follow his dream and open a real estate brokerage. Along with Meg Roque, he started Carter & Roque Real Estate with their first office in Frostburg. In 2024, Donny purchased a Better Homes and Gardens Franchise and expanded the business to include a third office in Morgantown, WV.
A consistent Multi-Million Dollar producer, he has helped many families realize their dream of home ownership. His main goal is to ensure that his customers are happy with their purchase and sales decisions, and he makes every effort to provide his customers with the information they need to make informed decisions in today’s competitive real estate market. In addition to being licensed as a Broker, Donny holds a Certified General Appraiser Certificate in West Virginia and Maryland.
Donny earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland – University College. One of his other interests is the well-being of his community.
