Donny has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, investments, capital markets, and development - in a broad range of asset classes including land, retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and hospitality; conducting over 175 real estate transactions in central Texas. Prior to Skout Real Estate he was Senior Vice President at Urbanspace Commercial where he focused on commercial leasing, user advisory, investment sales and mixed-use development. Donny’s background also includes work with ORIX Capital Markets, a proprietary Commercial Mortgage Back Securities (CMBS) investment, asset management and loan-servicing firm located in Dallas, Texas.
