Doug is a father to two beautiful girls and husband to his college girlfriend, Rebecca. Since graduation at Abilene Christian University, he has marketed and sold some of the most luxurious properties in Texas. From Tapatio Springs in Boerne, Doug began his career in new home marketing & sales. After an introduction to the development business, The Duncan Family moved to Lubbock, Texas where he relaunched his career. Within 5 years, Doug was CEO of the city's largest brokerage and 4 years later he managed 9 offices, 700+ agents, two title companies and a real estate licensing school. The time to step down and sell his interests came and Doug was baptized a Christ follower at the age of 34. Doug Duncan moved his business to a local boutique firm where he became Vice President of Real Estate. In serving his personal clients, friends and family, Doug led a team of REALTORS and administrative staff. After 3 years, Doug launched Duncan Realty Group with his team and still serves his clients today under that company.
