In 2023, Doug assumed the role of Senior Managing Director at SWA. He brought with him over three decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry in Atlanta, dating back to 1989. Throughout his career, Doug has orchestrated numerous transactions, employing both brokerage and consulting arrangements, spanning nearly every major market across the United States. His expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of real estate deals, from substantial transactions involving large corporations to smaller to medium-sized regional office setups for diverse clientele.
His track record highlights his proficiency in providing comprehensive real estate facility services, including, but not limited to, successful sublease negotiations, space buyouts, and the acquisition of new facilities. As a result of his extensive experience, Doug possesses an in-depth understanding of the precise requirements of contemporary corporate users.
Outside of the office, Doug and his wife, Julie, reside in Atlanta, where they have raised three children.
