Bio
Doug has been creating for over 30 years! In addition to excelling in visual arts, marketing, and branding, he has made a habit of inspiring and developing those around him. Doug has 20 years professional experience and has served as a passionate leader across five industries, including: law enforcement, corporate retail, residential development, marketing, and education. In 2017, Doug co-founded Adventure SWFL, a creative agency specializing in marketing, advertising, photography, video production, social media content/management, and reputation management. Leadership is at his core; serving others is his lifeblood. Prior to joining TCG in October, Doug served as Dean of Students to 1,320 K-8 students. Now a resident of Naples, Doug has deep ties to Estero dating back to 2001 when he was an inaugural member of the FGCU basketball program. He earned his Master of Educational Leadership degree from American College of Education in May 2024. Doug is excited to lead the marketing and branding efforts at TCG!
Outside of Trinity Commercial Group, Doug is a three sport high school official with the FHSAA. When he is not working, Doug spends his time with his wife, Cassady, and their three young children. He also enjoys photography, sports, vintage collectibles, and a growing relationship with Jesus.
