Doug Lawrimore joined Crescent Communities in 2013 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Construction where he is responsible for the execution of all 3rd party multifamily projects and in-house construction projects. Doug has over 28 years’ experience in the construction industry and has overseen construction of over five million sq. ft. of retail, one million of which is LEED Gold Certified, and 15,000 multifamily units.
Prior to joining Crescent Communities, Doug served as Vice President of Operations for a Fortune 500 Company and was a Senior Construction Manager for the US Department of Energy.
Doug holds his General Contractor’s license in North and South Carolina.
