Doug McCloud has been a Realtor for 53 years and has specialized in Commercial real estate since 1981. Also, he has been a development partner and/or a consultant on 13 office buildings, 3,000 LITC Apartments and a principle in the development of 10 Goddard Schools and the annexation and zoning of over 2,700 acres land in Central Ohio. Most of my current work involves land for SF Subdivisions, MF and Commercial Sites.
