Doug launched his commercial real estate career in 1987 with a national shopping center developer, focusing on Walmart and grocery-anchored retail centers. After eight years in development, he joined a leading local boutique firm, gaining valuable transactional experience before spending nearly three decades at CBRE, where he became a recognized leader in the Kansas City Capital Markets Group.
Now as the founder of DDM Real Estate, Doug brings his deep expertise and client-first approach to a new platform focused on delivering strategic investment solutions. He specializes in the sale of income-producing properties and has a proven track record across dispositions, acquisitions, note sales, financing, development, and complex deal structures including tax increment financing and bond sales.
