As Chief Operating Officer, Doug provides management, leadership and vision to ensure the organization meets its short-term and long-term objectives. He creates enduring policies and a company culture that strengthens operational efficiency and generates revenue by assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes. Doug mentors and inspires employees to achieve the vision of management.
Doug has been in several facets of real estate since 2003 which prepared him for his role with Cross Regions Group. In addition to owning a residential real estate office with more than 30 agents, he served as National Director of Real Estate for a company with over 300 locations and as Regional Director of Real Estate for Ascension Florida/Gulf Coast.
Doug is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Trustee with JAX Chamber, where he is involved with the Government Affairs Committee as well as active with the Downtown Council, the Arlington Council and the Three Rivers Council. Doug is also an investor of JAXUSA Partnership and on the Board of the Cross Regions Disaster Relief Fund.
