Doug Sundstrom is the Gildred Companies’ Vice President Investments with extensive experience in regional asset management. He is responsible for overseeing our Southern California real estate portfolio, which spans over a million square feet. In this role, he ensures that the portfolio is leased effectively and optimized for value while also providing strategic guidance on acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining our team, Doug worked as the Vice President/Asset Manager and Real Estate Investment Consultant for Wells Fargo Private Bank – Investment Management and Trust, where he managed a diversified portfolio worth over three hundred million dollars. Additionally, he is the Founder of Banyan Road Capital, Inc., where he increased the value of properties by 31% in just 26 months.
On a weekend, you might catch Doug around town playing guitar for a gig at a local spot, unless he is enjoying the great outdoors by riding his bicycle or spending time at one of San Diego’s beautiful beaches.
