Douglas Calderwood is a 28+ year real estate professional in commercial & residential sales, investment, and development of properties located in the southeastern United States. He has a comprehensive background in commercial real estate and an in-depth understanding of the cyclical nature of the real estate industry. He is licensed to broker real estate in Georgia, Florida & South Carolina.
A Marketing and Management graduate of the University of South Florida Business College in Tampa, Florida, he has built a highly successful track record in commercial and residential land brokerage, development and management. Formerly the Chief Operations Manager for Inman Park Advisors, Calderwood was directly involved in the acquisitions, sales, development, construction and property management of the firm's millions of dollars worth of real estate transactions.
Calderwood took those years of experience as an investor and developer and applied them toward growing a commercial real estate brokerage firm that could assist his firm's clients in gaining great success in their real estate endeavors. He strives to provide a wide range of comprehensive real estate services to property owners, investors, developers, and tenant/users of commercial properties.
