Douglas Greene is the Managing Director and founder of Haberhill LLC, a hospitality-focused real estate investment and asset management firm established in 2000. He oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, including investment origination, client and investor relations, and the supervision of due diligence, underwriting, and asset management functions.
Mr. Greene brings more than 36 years of experience in lodging finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management, with a cumulative transaction volume exceeding $5 billion. Before founding Haberhill, he spent 18 years with Marriott Corporation and Host Hotels & Resorts, where he held senior roles in finance and development. His tenure at these organizations provided deep expertise in large-scale hospitality transactions and operational oversight.
