Doug Petrozzini recently joined Colliers International as a Senior Managing Director in the New Jersey office. With a real estate career spanning over 35 years, his primary focus is in assisting corporate clients through the decision-making process. His extensive knowledge and experience in corporate real estate affords his clients a level of expertise that is demanded in today’s real estate industry. In addition to representing national corporate clients, Mr. Petrozzini is a specialist in the life science and pharmaceutical industry, assisting those firms in the acquisition and disposition of production, R&D and headquarter facilities.
Mr. Petrozzini has completed numerous assignments for companies such as IBM, MetLife, Merrill Lynch, Carter Wallace, MedPointe Pharmaceutical, Galderma and the Caxton Corporation.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Petrozzini held the position of Senior Vice President at CBRE. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Petrozzini held the position of Senior Vice President at Grubb $& Ellis Company. While there, he served on the Executive Committee of the Presidents Council, a national designation bestowed by Grubb & Ellis to the top 10% of its sales force.
