Drew, Chief Operating Officer at the JCR Companies, is responsible for overseeing leasing and management of the company’s approximately 900,000-square-foot portfolio and is a member of Drew has been with JCR since August 2012 and, as part of his tenure, has driven revenue through aggressive leasing strategies, efficient management oversight, sourcing and “bird dogging” new investments, and assisting in the development of talent and corporate strategy. Prior to joining JCR, Drew was engaged in leasing and managing a 450,000-square-foot retail shopping center portfolio in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Drew is proud to be a Certified Property Manager and an Accredited Commercial Manager certified by the Institute of Real Estate Management and a CCIM designee with the CCIM Institute. In addition, Drew is Argus Software Certified (ASC Enterprise), a platform used throughout the industry for due diligence modeling. A native to Northern Virginia, he is licensed to practice real estate throughout the DC Metro area. Drew holds a degree in real estate finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
