Drew Kile is a multifamily specialist serving the advisory and brokerage needs of institutional and major private investors. While his focus is primarily in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, Mr. Kile and his partner, Will Balthrope, lead the IPA multifamily team that has responsibility for the Texas region. Previously, Drew served in both brokerage and management capacities within Marcus & Millichap and was responsible for opening the firm’s Fort Worth office in 2007. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Kile held an internal finance position at Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. Drew earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas Christian University, and he is active in the Urban Land Institute, the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, the Dallas Real Estate Council, and the National Multi Housing Council.
