Drew Kile is a Senior Managing Director at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a multifamily brokerage division of Marcus & Millichap serving the needs of institutional and major private investors. Over the course of his 14 years with the firm, Mr. Kile has facilitated the closing of transactions valued at more than $7 Billion. Mr. Kile and his partner, Will Balthrope, lead the Institutional Property Advisors multifamily team that has responsibility for Texas and the surrounding states. In the last 12 months, the 22-person IPA Texas team closed 46 multifamily sales valued at almost $1.5 Billion.
Prior to his role with IPA, Mr. Kile has served in both brokerage and management capacities within Marcus & Millichap. He has been honored with numerous national sales achievement awards as a broker, and as a manager, he opened the firm’s Fort Worth office in 2007.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Kile held an internal finance position at Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, where he was responsible for projects in the firm’s North American Chemicals, Energy and Natural Resource businesses.
Mr. Kile holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, and he is active in the Urban Land Institute, the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, the Dallas Real Estate Council, and the National.
