I am a commercial broker, manager, and developer focused on industrial assets, net lease properties, land, and retail strip centers with an emphasis on Texas and more specifically, the Dallas Fort Worth metro area.
There are three things that are unique to working with me: (1) I have had experience and success in three different core industries that give me a unique perspective on real estate and investing – insurance, construction, and commercial real estate. (2) Through my experiences I lived or spent significant time in each of Texas's five major metro areas – DFW, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and the El Paso/Permian region. (3) Lastly, I am an avid reader of reports and data both on the national, regional, and local stages on many disparate assets classes, issues, and ideas and I subscribe to an utilize many different digital databases. I believe these kinds of physical awareness, coupled with market knowledge, and relationships with owners and tenants allows me to operate from a position of strength on behalf of my clients, partners, and investors in today’s roller coaster economic environment.
