Drew specializes in tenant and landlord representation of commercial and industrial leasing, build-to-suit opportunities, land sales and owner/user sales as well as leased investment property sales. Growing up locally in El Dorado Hills, Drew has great knowledge of the Greater Sacramento Area and ever changing commercial real estate market.
With a background primarily in industrial sales and leasing, Wheatley has also completed numerous transactions in retail, office, and land properties throughout the Greater Sacramento Area. Drew has over fourteen years of commercial real estate brokerage and property management experience to date.
Professional Background
Prior to joining TRI Commercial in 2013, Drew worked with Cassidy Turley BT Commercial since 2008 specializing in the areas of leasing owner/user buildings and investment sale transactions.
Drew's entire professional career has been in the commercial real estate business. Even before graduating from college Drew had already began his real estate career interning for CB Richard Ellis in Sacramento for the Information Services Group. Drew has worked for Colliers International, The Vollman Company - a boutique commercial real estate firm in Sacramento and Cassidy Turley BT Commercial.
