Duane Carr
Associate As a member of the Staubach Company’s tenant representation team, Duane Carr is responsible for developing new business relationships, providing market research, performing financial analysis, lease structure, negotiation and documentation for corporate users. Prior to joining Staubach’s Southwest Corporate Services group, Duane managed a highly energetic and successful sales team at Bombardier Aerospace Flexjet Program. He was also instrumental in business development by creating a customer profitability model and managing the referral program. Duane’s expertise includes understanding a customer’s needs and providing solutions to meet a customer’s objectives.
