Duane Lappinga, with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, has become a trusted name in property acquisitions, financial modeling, and more. During his 10 years at TR Wealth, he's underwritten over 30 successful multifamily property acquisitions. For 7½ years, he managed the engineering services group at CBRE, overseeing a portfolio of 300 million square feet and leading a team of 600 employees in diverse projects, including a $64 million building restoration. At Arden Realty and GE Capital Real Estate, Duane spent 15 years developing energy management initiatives and founding a subsidiary energy services business. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager.
