Duane joined Waterford in 2002 as part of an International Training Program with the University of Johannesburg. Over his two decades with us, he has filled many roles, including those of Vice President Operations, Regional Hotel Director and General Manager for several hotels in our portfolio. With experience and passion, he now serves as Waterford’s Chief Growth Officer. Duane received his Hospitality Degree from Witwatersrand University.
Duane is passionate about spending summer days and nights outdoors, especially at the lake with family. He is also an avid sports fan, particularly of the NFL and Formula 1, and enjoys cheering on his favorite teams.
