Duke Dennis is an Associate Director of MMCC responsible for managing client relationships along with placing debt and equity transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Dennis was an Appraiser at Butler Burgher Group where he prepared appraisals for multi-family, retail, office, and student housing properties.
Mr. Dennis holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s of Real Estate from Texas A&M. During his time as a student Mr. Dennis worked as a consultant for Real Property Analytics, a private real estate firm providing valuation analysis of complex real estate assignments. Mr. Dennis is an active member of the Texas A&M Real Estate Network, Texas Real Estate Council, and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
