Duncan McCuaig is Executive Vice President, Director of Leasing of the U.S. Office Division at Brookfield Properties. Duncan and his team are directly responsible for the leasing and revenue generation of Brookfield’s New York City Office portfolio, which comprises 28 million square feet of Class A / Trophy office space. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2006, Duncan spent 10 years with Cushman & Wakefield as a landlord and tenant representative broker in New York City.
Duncan is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of The Real Estate Board of New York. He is also active with other New York institutions such as, the American Heart Association, Gift of Life, and The United Way. Duncan received a bachelor’s degree from Brown University.
