Bio
Dustin Coffman is a commercial real estate executive with more than 17 years of experience in development and brokerage across all asset classes. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of PRG Commercial Property Advisors, where he built a strong track record advising clients on complex real estate transactions. His expertise is particularly deep in the industrial sector, including site selection, ground-up development, and the analysis of existing facilities to ensure client objectives are met in buying, selling, or leasing decisions.
Prior to joining PRG, Coffman was Vice President at Hollenbach-Oakley, where he facilitated land acquisitions for business park development, managed daily operations, and drove revenue growth while maximizing organizational performance. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Finance and Marketing for the River Ridge Development Authority, overseeing global marketing efforts, supporting infrastructure development, and managing the authority’s financial functions and obligations.
Coffman holds an MBA from Bellarmine University and is licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida. He has since joined Colliers Louisville, where he continues to leverage his extensive development and brokerage experience to serve clients across the region as part of a global commercial real estate platform.
