Duy Q. Ngo is Investment Sales Manager with CBRE’s Private Capital Partners (PCP), a leading sales brokerage partnership that focuses on the disposition and acquisition of investment properties on behalf of local, national and foreign investors. PCP—with market leaders in 13 U.S. markets—transacts an annual volume exceeding 90 transactions and $1 billion. Duy manages the $2+ billion pipeline for the partnership and directs its marketing program. Prior to re-joining CBRE, Duy was an Asset Management associate at Mobilitie, the largest privately-held telecommunications infrastructure company in the United States during his tenure. In that role, he managed a national corporate real estate leasing portfolio consisting of 30 offices with monthly lease payments exceeding $1 million. He additionally executed lease administration and property services for the company's $100-million owned real estate portfolio consisting of 65 tenants in a dozen residential, multifamily, and commercial assets. Duy began his commercial real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group, where he assisted with the successful execution of over 55 office and industrial sale transactions, covering more than twelve million square feet and valuing more than $1.5 billion over the course of 5+ years. Mr. Ngo was also a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs (NYC) and a PPIA Fellow.
