Heigh started his real estate career in sales and property management where he won multiple awards for his natural ability to lead and manage 3,500+ multi-family units, capture 100% of tenant rents, and achieve 100% occupancy in communities he managed.
His life-long entrepreneurial spirit led him to pursue commercial real estate; today, as Founder and President of Heigh Capital Group, he specializes in the exclusive representation of buyers and sellers of Multifamily, Land, Landlord Representation and other related commercial investment properties. He provides extensive advisory services and representation to clients in the management, disposition, and acquisitions with apartment-related assets.
