Mr. Belden is a real estate development executive experienced in a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Having acquired, developed and managed commercial properties in 7 western states for national development companies including WCB Properties, Hillman Properties and Wattson-Breevast, LLC, Mr. Belden’s experience ranges among large-scale land-subdivisions, shopping centers, business parks, low and mid-rise class A office buildings, hospitality, industrial buildings, mixed-use and multi-family properties. A licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1980, Mr. Belden is affiliated with ICSC and active in other associations. Mr. Belden holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA.
