His professional background includes home construction and sales, most recently with Ritz-Craft Corp in Mifflinburg. He also has experience in small business, owning and managing an IT consulting firm based in Selinsgrove.
Dwight and his wife, Erica, reside in the Selinsgrove area with their three children. They enjoy trips to the beach, biking and swimming.
