Dylan joined Triqor Group in September of 2024 with an A.S & B.S Degree from Orange Coast College and California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
As the Market Analyst for Triqor Group, Dylan manages several key responsibilities. He navigates platforms like Co-Star, LoopNet, and MLS, and is responsible for maintaining and updating Triqor’s preliminary database, the Real Estate Tracking System (RETS). Additionally, Dylan collaborates with agents to create and distribute all marketing and proposal content.
