Insight Property Group Advisor Ed Finley is a Raleigh native as well as a 2003 graduate of Washington & Lee University with a bachelor's of science degree in mathematics. Having worked previously in the property and casualty insurance business as an actuary, Ed has worked in real estate for the last 8 years and has been involved in transactions ranging from the mid $350s to $15M+. He has been active in commercial real estate brokerage, investment, & development across the state of North Carolina including extensive experience in multifamily, ground-up development & entitlement, adaptive re-use, and retail.
