Ed Gilmer is the Director of Capital Markets at PassiveInvesting.com. He is a passionate real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in development, brokerage, and commercial banking sectors. Most recently, Ed spent 7 years as a commercial lender with community banks in South Carolina. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University. Ed and his wife, Summer, and their son Edward III reside in Murrells Inlet, SC.
